We’re Seth and Lauren, and we’ve lived in Fort Mill for 17 years with our four kids. We started Patch to Porch Fort Mill to help families enjoy beautiful, festive porches without the hassle. From pumpkins to mums to full design setups, we bring the fall magic straight to your doorstep.
Lauren loves pumpkin spice lattes, Seth’s usually at the ballfield coaching Little League, and together we love Jesus, this town, and making things feel a little more like home—one porch at a time.

Shipping is free in Fort Mill, Rock Hill, Chester, and York.
A small fee will be charged to customers in surrounding areas due to additional transportation and time costs.
We will offer 5 packages. The packages will offer a variety of type and size pumpkins. Every pumpkin is unique and different and will be carefully selected to create a memorable fall display that will be the envy of the neighborhood. We will do our best to select pumpkins that will provide a range of color and size that won't disappoint.
We will offer 3 DIY package with no designer. We will simply drop off pumpkins at your doorstep. Designer ad-ons will be made available if you choose.
We will offer 2 packages that will include a designer.
Yes, we will offer pumpkin pickup services as an add-on to your package.
Some additional add-ons may be offered but those will be at an additional cost. Examples include:
1. Backyard setup
2. We will offer a light design setup performed by our driver on the DIY packages.
3. Pickup services will be offered the week before or the week after Thanksgiving.
Yes, you are strongly encouraged to retrieve any outdoor/home fall decor items prior to the designer visit. You may want to shop online or at your favorite home decor store for additional props that can be included in the finished design.
Some ideas: wreaths, fall porch sign, and garland. Hobby Lobby is a suggested retail store.

1. Our Services - We offer custom-designed and seasonal pumpkins, delivered to your door or installed on-site.
2. Orders & Payment - Payment is required at the time of order. We accept the following payment methods: * Credit and Debit Cards: Processed securely via GoDaddy Payments and other gateways (such as PayPal), using all major credit and debit cards. * Digital Wallets: Apple Pay and Google Pay are available for fast, contactless checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to availability or suspected fraud.
3. Delivery - Delivery times are estimates. Please ensure your address and access instructions are accurate. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or inaccessible locations, a re-delivery fee may apply.
4. Cancellations & Refunds - Full refunds are available for cancellations made 72+ hours before delivery.
5. Customer Content - If you submit reviews, images, or other content, you give us permission to use them in our marketing and promotions.
6. Liability - Pumpkins are natural and perishable. While we aim for top quality, freshness may vary with time and conditions. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages from use of our products or services.
7. Changes - We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
RETURN Policy
- Returns and Refunds
Due to the natural and perishable nature of pumpkins, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
- Damaged or Defective Items
If your pumpkin arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at seth@patchtoporchfortmill.com or call 706-306-1150 with photos of the damage. We will gladly arrange a replacement or issue a refund after reviewing your claim.
- Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled with a full refund if canceled at least 72 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before delivery are not eligible for refunds.
- Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
